Xiaomi has followed in on the tech giant Apple s footsteps and decided to junk the charger with its new Mi 11 smartphone.
Citing environmental concerns, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun took to the Chinese social media platform, Weibo, to confirm the news. His post read, Mi 11, pack lightly. In response to the call of technology and environmental protection, the included charger is cancelled from the box.
