GRESB is an entity which launched in 2009 that provides a consistent and standard ranking system to evaluate and compare corporate ESG efforts in the real estate industry.  For the second year in a row, the Company has improved upon its annual GRESB Public Disclosure score.  This B in 2020 compares favorably to the average score of C for all of the companies rated by GRESB. STAG Industrial, Inc. is ranked second out of the nine industrial companies rated by GRESB.

The city issued a construction permit Dec. 14 for FedEx Ground at the Stag Westlake building in Westlake Industrial Park. Emerald C’s Development Inc. will build-out the  231,030-square-foot distribution center at 9779 Pritchard Road in West Jacksonville at a cost of more than $1 million. Plans show FedEx will lease the warehouse. They show a van and car loading operation, including a package conveyor area. The building has 43 truck doors and two drive-in doors. The city issued a permit for build-out at Stag Westlake for FedEx Ground. A site brochure said it has 159 auto parking spots with the ability to increase that number.
