ALPENA The Zonta Club of Alpena will be awarding seven scholarships totaling $5,250 for the 2021/2022 academic year to deserving area women, Diane O’Connor, chair of the scholarship committee, has announced.
All scholarship applications are available on the Zonta Club of Alpena Facebook page or at zonta15.org under the Alpena link.
The following scholarships are available:
Young Women in Public Affairs Award offers a $750 scholarship and is awarded to an Alpena High School Senior in recognition of her leadership in public policy, government and volunteer organizations. Scholarship applications are available at the AHS Career Resource Center. The deadline is March 1, 2021.
