폐쇄되고 고립된 ‘은둔의 왕국’ 북한에서는 전체 인구(약 2525만명) 중 1%도 안 되는 특권층만이 인터넷에 접속할 수 있다. 역설적이지만, 가장 통제된 환경에서 극소수의 인터넷 인구를 가진 북한이 세계 최강의 해커 군단을 이끌고 있다.
대부분 국가의 해커들은 10대 때부터 자신의 방에서 은둔하며 해킹 기술을 익힌다. 개인 컴퓨터 보급률도 낮고 인터넷 접근도 불가능한 북한에서는 어떻게 해커를 양성하는 것일까.
