In a statement issued on the day, he said that the board for the Endowment Fund for Needy Writers, Poets and Artists has approved provision of health cards for eligible applicants and has extended the age limit by 10 years. Writers, poets and artists are a sensitive section of our society. They enrich the world of literature and art with their work caring little for their own comfort, said Sardar.
