The Democratic Alliance (DA) Constituency Leader for the Vaal Emfuleni Central Constituency, Councillor Dady Mollo, and Emfuleni Local Municipality Councillor Hlalele Mosuoane conducted an oversight inspection at the Kwa-Masiza hostel in Sebokeng on the refurbishment of 672 units, water and sewer networks into community residential units. The Emfuleni Local Municipality had spent at least R46 million in the 2012/13 financial year to convert the Kwa-Masiza hostel in Sebokeng into community residential units, yet not one resident has benefitted to date.

Information gathered by this portal indicates that the NDC Chairman, Alhaji Yahaya Mohammed Mutala, and other 10 members of the Daboya/Mankarigu constituency of the National Democratic Congress have been suspended for gross disrespectfulness during the December 7 polls.
The other 10 include: Attah Hardi, Branch Communication Officer, Mahama Shaibu, Branch Youth Organizer Issahaku Takora, Branch Communication Officer, Alhaji Yahaya Mohammed Mutala, Constituency Chairman, and Sulemana Mohammed Jak, Executive committee member.

Decision To Resign From Post As Constituency Chairman
I write to formally inform you of my decision to resign as the Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party Fomena Constituency on health grounds.
I have therefore arrived at this decision having considered advice from medical professionals for me to take leave of active politics.
Having served our dear party in various roles and capacity since 1992: Ward Youth Organizer, Ward Chairman, Youth Organizer, Constituency Chairman, it is time to take a bow and allow others to serve the party.
Notwithstanding my resignation, I want to give the firmest assurance that I will continue to support the party in all capacity to and make it possible in consolidating the gains made since the formation of the NPP.
The 2020 Vice Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof. Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang has visited the bereaved families of the about 20 teenagers who drowned at a Landing Beach in the area, last Sunday.
In addition to consoling the family members and the community, she also on behalf of former President John Mahama, donated Ghc13,000 towards the funeral and burial rites of the bereaved.
Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang was accompanied by members of the NDC’s Central regional Parliamentary Caucus, including; the Member of Parliament for Gomoa West, Hon Richard Gyan-Mensah together with other colleagues of the Central Regional MP’s Caucus such as Dr. Cassiel Ato Baah Forson, Hon. James Gyakye Quayeson, Hon. Abeiku Crentsil, Hon. David Vondee and Hon. Gizella Tetteh Agbotui.

The Running Mate of the NDC in the 2020 General Elections Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang on Thursday led a delegation on behalf of former President John Mahama and the NDC to console the bereaved families of the victims of last Sunday’s tragic drowning incident at Apam.
The delegation included the NDC Central Regional Parliamentary Caucus and some NDC Regional and Constituency Executives.
Prof. Opoku-Agyemang’s team met with the bereaved families and the Fishermen Council.
Prof. Opoku-Agyemang was accompanied by the Member of Parliament for Gomoa West, Richard Gyan-Mensah together with other colleagues of the Central Regional MP’s Caucus such as Dr. Cassiel Ato Baah Forson, James Gyakye Quayeson, Abeiku Crentsil, David Vondee and Gizella Tetteh Agbotui.
