Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 31 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to lead the host Milwaukee Bucks to a wire-to-wire, 132-98 victory over the Miami Heat in Game 2 of their Eastern Conference first-round series on Monday night.
The Bucks used their most prolific 3-point shooting first half of the season to bury the Heat early and take a 2-0 lead in the series, which shifts to Miami for the next two games starting on Thursday night.
The Bucks scoring output was the most points the Heat ever allowed in a playoff game.

The Milwaukee Bucks earned a commanding 2-0 lead in their Eastern Conference first-round series after Giannis Antetokounmpo and his teammates blew away the Miami Heat 132-98.
Only two points separated the Bucks and Heat in overtime on Saturday as the third seeds edged Jimmy Butler s Miami 109-107.
But the Heat were no match for the Bucks on Monday after Milwaukee used a 46-20 opening quarter to rout Miami in Game 2 of their NBA playoff clash.

LOS ANGELES (AFP) – The Milwaukee Bucks produced an exhibition of three-point shooting to crush the Miami Heat as the Denver Nuggets bounced back to level their NBA first round playoff series with victory over Portland on Monday.
Bryn Forbes erupted for five threes in the first half and Giannis Antetokounmpo finished with 31 points to give the Bucks a resounding 132-98 win over last year’s NBA Finals runners-up.
Overall, the Bucks made 22 of 53 three-point attempts, with Antetokounmpo kicking off the rout with a 28-foot pullup from outside the arc for the first points of the game.
After an overtime thriller in game one on Saturday, the Bucks were in no mood to leave anything to chance in game two, erupting for 46 points in the first quarter alone.
