Scape chief executive Mark Robinson said the new framework was developed after extensive consultation with clients and the industry. “It means our new frameworks are not only hugely comprehensive but incredibly pertinent to a public sector now leading the UK’s push to build back better, build back greener and that is eager to help accelerate the economic recovery,” he said.
Mace chief executive for consultancy Jason Millett said consultants need to help public sector clients maximise the return on their spending. He said: These are particularly challenging times for the public sector when budgets are under great pressure to deliver more with less.
