Members of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Moldova (CEC), policy and law makers, representatives of the courts, political parties, international community, media and civil society, local and international observation missions gathered to analyse and discuss the institutional, legal and gender perspectives of improvements following the November 2020 Presidential elections in the Republic of Moldova. The conference was organised by the Council of Europe in cooperation with the CEC on 18-19 February 2021 in online format due to the COVID19-related sanitary measures.

AUGUSTA Fourth-term State Representative Matt Harrington of Sanford has been appointed to join the 13-member Committee on Veterans & Legal Affairs.
Reached for comment this week, Representative Harrington was enthusiastic to bring his perspective to this high-profile legislative panel charged with reviewing proposals through public hearings and work sessions.
