Sturgis Journal On Monday, National Pretzel Day, Sturgis Bank & Trust s in-house “Fun Committee” helped fellow employees mark the occasion with a fresh pretzel. The committee arranged for Ben’s Pretzels of Shipshewana, Ind., to serve hot soft pretzels to the 94 employees at the Sturgis office and for workers at other branches, including Bronson, Centerville, Colon, Three Rivers and White Pigeon. Damaris Perry, Paula Butler and Robin Losinski, members of the committee, said with pandemic restrictions in 2020, some common group events were canceled.
