Flagship Cedar Point in Ohio will be looking to hire 6,500 workers through the event and in-person interviews at the Sandusky park. In California, where theme parks remain officially closed, Cedar Fair s Knott s Berry Farm will be looking to 1,700 new employees in anticipation of reopening as well as to support the park s on-going food fair special events. Job-seekers can register for the event through the Cedar Fair website. Other parks participating include California s Great America, Carowinds, Dorney Park, Kings Dominion, Kings Island, Michigan s Adventure, Valleyfair, Worlds of Fun and Cedar Fair s two Schiltterbahn water parks.

Job opportunities are available in all park operating areas, including Food and Beverage Associates, Cooks, Ride Operators, Merchandise, Lifeguards, Housekeeping, Parks Services, and more. The virtual hiring day will offer information about available jobs and individual interviews with hiring teams. The park is also offering contact-free onboarding and virtual orientation to help hires prepare to start work.

The park will be hosting a virtual National Hiring Day event on March 13. It will also host in-person open interviews at the park on the same day. Applicants will be able to meet directly with the Cedar Point recruiting team with health and safety protocols in place. Open interviews will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Cedar Point Recruiting Center, 2220 First Street (corner of First Street and Cedar Point Drive) in Sandusky.
