SUN VALLEY, Idaho The health of Bald Mountain, which is home to some of the world s most decorated ski slopes, is deteriorating, according to foresters with the Sawtooth National Forest.
The health of the mountain is declining so much that the number of dead and dying trees has raised concerns about the long-term sustainability of the Bald Mountain Ski Area.
