With the intention of controlling the spread of the virus and protecting Ugandan lives, Gen Kaguta Museveni Tibuhaburwa ordered a national lockdown to limit the movement of persons.  It has become clear that while Covid-19 is indiscriminate, the impacts of warped and unconstitutional presidential directives as responses to prevent it are not. The poor Ugandans are discriminated against and the comeuppance has made many barely left with what to eat or even pay bills.
