COLOMBO (News 1st); The Apeksha Hospital in Maharagama has made an appeal to the general public to donate blood as a result of reduced blood stocks at the hospital premises.
According to a statement, members of the general public are advised to register themselves with the National Blood Transfusion Service by accessing www.nbts.health.gov.lk, and thereafter an SMS will be sent to the donor with details on how and where to donate blood.
