Former NE Patriot Player Kills Five in South Carolina…Kills Himself Police believe it was former NFL Defensive Back Phillip Adams who shot and killed three adults and two children yesterday, according to an article from AP posted by MassLive.com. A sixth person was also shot and is in serious condition with gunshot wounds. Adams played six games with the Patriots in 2011. According to the report, four of the victims were from the same family. A medical doctor that had treaded Adams in the past, the doctor’s wife and their two young grandchildren.
