DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - Police in DeKalb County said officers arrested a DeKalb County School District media specialist on Monday for possessing child pornography.
Police charged 52-year-old Frank Rogers, a media specialist at Wynbrooke Elementary School in Stone Mountain, with sexual exploitation of children on Monday.
The arrest follows an investigation by the DeKalb County Internet Crimes Against Children Unit. The unit received a tip while working in partnership with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

ATLANTA School district superintendents are hopeful when vaccinations begin for teachers, they will see fewer COVID-19 cases and their employees will be able to teach with a bit less stress.
Elbert County Schools Superintendent Jon Jarvis told 11Alive that is what played out in his district over the past month after 175 of 500 district employees were vaccinated in January when offered the vaccine by a local health care provider.
