Mark Woodroffe has submitted a planning application to change the use of the ground floor of Mulberry’s Bar in Spalding into three flats. Mr Woodroffe said that the pub had been making a loss prior to the pandemic and says there is a lack of clarity over what future restrictions could be imposed on pubs.
