With the summer coming up, we re all going to want to spend at least a couple of days on the beach. We ve put together a list of locations where your pup can come too, no matter the time of year.
Many beaches on the south coast stop allowing dogs during the summer. This is to keep them pristine and safe for all families who want to enjoy them. However, all is not lost if you fancy a beach day with you favourite four legged friend. Road and car park closures during the G7 summit in Cornwall have been announced by police.
The closure of some footpaths and Carbis Bay beach will also be in place.
Police said residents in some areas of St Ives may have to provide ID in order to access homes and businesses.
It is part of a campaign by Devon and Cornwall Police to inform people of the impact the summit will have when it takes place from 11-13 June.
The UK, US, Germany, France, Canada, Italy and Japan make up the G7, and leaders from Australia, India, South Korea and the EU will also attend.
People living in Cornwall have been warned to expect some travel disruption during the G7 Summit next month and the days leading up to it. Those living and working in restricted areas in St Ives and Falmouth will also needed to provide ID to get vehicle access to their homes and businesses. It is as world leaders from Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the USA and the EU visit Cornwall from June 11 to 13 when they join Prime Minister Boris Johnson for the UK s turn to host the summit. They will also be joined by the leaders of Australia, India and South Korea, who will attend as guests.
