The Council : approved the payment of all accounts payable : approved the $443,613 bid from Kieffer Brothers Construction for the Jasper Street & Lincoln Street 10-inch waterline replacement project : agreed to designate a Handicapped Parking Space on the northeast side of the municipal parking lot near Market Street Medical : agreed to amend the Fiscal Year 2021 budget for several items – just under $30,000 to purchase an additional sewage grinder for the Wastewate Plant – for $8,600 to repair a wall at Pacific Cycle – for computer upgrades for the City’s Parks Department – and for upgrade work to the sewer pump station along South Route 130 : after a lengthy discussion, agreed to dedicate $50,000 for each of the next two years to develop a new Pickleball Court Complex at Musgrove Park in Olney : heard budget
