Melbourne residents have witnessed the breathtaking moment a meteor exploded in the night sky during their snap Covid lockdown.
Video footage showed the sky come to life by the blazing ball of fire around 10.41pm Sunday night.
Josh O Neil, 24, from South Gippsland Victoria was enjoying a quiet evening in his lounge room when he saw a flash of light paint the sky.
