LOS ANGELES, CA A Los Angeles music executive was killed by the collapses of a 12-story Florida condominium last month while visiting her parents.
Authorities on Monday confirmed that Theresa Velasquez, 36, died along with her parents and at least 95 others in the June 24 collapse of the Champlain Towers South condo.
Velasquez, an executive for Live Nation, had flown into Miami hours before the building collapsed, the Miami-Dade Police Department confirmed.
She was the 95th fatality identified in the collapse, police said.

She becomes the 95th fatality identified in the collapse, police said.
Velasquez was a Los Angeles-based executive for the Live Nation event promotion company. She had flown into Miami to visit her parents at the Surfside condo, both of whom also died in the collapse.

The Surfside community in Florida is anxious to learn what caused the condo building collapse that has killed at least 97 people, but a structural engineer said the investigation will not reach full force until search crews have finished their work.
The site is currently under the control of the Miami-Dade Police Department and is classified as a crime scene following the collapse on June 24, Allyn Kilsheimer, a structural engineer hired by the city, told CNN.
As of Sunday, 95 of the 97 victims recovered have been identified.
Miami-Dade County said last week that, moving forward, it will only be reporting the number of victims who have been identified, out of respect for the families who are still waiting and to ensure we are reporting the most accurate possible numbers.
