Members of the public have responded with sadness and offered prayers for the family of a woman s whose body was found in Merseyside docks.
The discovery was made yesterday ( Monday) after the emergency services were called to the area just before 2pm. A number of emergency services vehicles attended the scene at Langton Dock in Bootle, with others watching on as the body was recovered from the water.
