Mike LaFleur, who served on the same coaching staff as Jets head coach Robert Saleh in San Francisco, has been named the Green & White s offensive coordinator. In addition to LaFleur, the Jets announced nine other offensive staff assignments.
LaFleur spent the past three seasons as the 49ers passing-game coordinator. San Francisco had 13 players with at least one touchdown reception in 2019, which tied an NFL record. Body-worn camera policy approved

WORTHINGTON Nobles County commissioners on Tuesday adopted a policy regarding the implementation and use of body-worn cameras by the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office.
The action followed a public hearing in which no testimony was given. Sheriff Kent Wilkening said he had not received any written testimony during the public comment period, and requested the policy’s adoption.
Wilkening said he plans to purchase 10 cameras, which had been budgeted for, at a cost of approximately $18,000.
Commissioner Donald Linssen asked how long the audio-video must be retained by the department, and whether additional staffing was required to upload the data to the server.

Bill Northey, heading back to Iowa, reflects on U.S.D.A. tenure

An Iowan who served nearly three years in the Trump Administration is heading home.
Bill Northey resigned as Iowa Ag Secretary in March of 2018 to become Under Secretary for Farm Production and Conservation in the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
“It’ll be different waking up now every day not thinking about all the things we need to do at U.S.D.A.,” Northey told Radio Iowa in an interview. “There’s other folks that’ll work on that. Now I can start thinking about what I might do next.”

MARSHALL Â Starting today, Minnesota will be taking another step forward in vaccinating essential workers and vulnerable people against COVID-19.
The Minnesota Department of Health announced Monday that Marshall will be one of nine community pilot sites for COVID-19 vaccination around the state. While vaccine supplies are still limited, the state will be taking steps to start immunizing teachers, child care workers, and adults age 65 and older.
“These new state sites will immediately provide more vaccines to some Minnesotans who are eligible for their shot,” said Department of Health Commissioner Jan Malcolm.
“More importantly, this pilot program will help Minnesota continue to build up a broad and multi-channel vaccine distribution system with our local public health, healthcare, and pharmacy partners for vaccine access once the federal government begins shipping a higher volume of doses. Jackson Man Charged in Vehicle Versus Pedestrian Crash

Jackson, MN (KICD)– Police in Southwest Minnesota have charged a Jackson man after he is said to have hit a pedestrian with his vehicle earlier this week.
50-year-old Roy Sutherland was charged with third degree assault following the Wednesday incident that injured Thomas Reynolds of Hastings while he was walking across Highway 71.
Sutherland made his initial court appearance Friday where bail was set at five thousand dollars with conditions and 20 thousand dollars without.
