Both Holston and her pet, which was a rescue dog, were declared dead at the scene, according to police.

She lived in a 46-story building called The Victory at 561 10th Ave. near 41st Street in the Hell s Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan
The building was previously the site of another fatal jumping incident in February 2020

Holston jumped with her dog from the roof of the 46-story luxury rental building on Tenth Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen Friday afternoon.
She left a note that talked about stress, and bottles of medication were found in her apartment according to police sources.
‘She was so sweet,’ said a building resident and fellow dog owner upon finding out that Holston was identified as the
