Music artists are donating their clothes, amplifiers and other items to a new charity auction. Members of
The Who, Queen, and more are donating to
Teenage Cancer Trust’s “Star Boot Sale.”
The auction is raising money for nurses and support teams caring for young people with cancer “at a time when healthcare services are under huge pressure.” Items up for grabs include
Roger Daltrey’s signed tin of baked beans – a reference to the “Who Sells Out” album cover – along with
Brian May’s signed Vox amplifier,
Noel Gallagher’s Stan Smith Adidas sneakers, and more.
