One killed, another injured in shooting at Pierce County house party (Pierce County Sheriff s Department) One person died and another was injured in a shooting at a South Hill house party early Sunday morning, police said. Police received 911 calls at 2:47 a.m. reporting the shooting at a residence in the 12100 block of 105th Avenue Court East. Officials said there was a fight in the street followed by several shots getting fired. At least two people were hit. One has since died, and the other is at an area hospital. Neighbors reported around 70 people in attendance, mostly under the age of 21, police said.
