Paris/London, Apr 27 (EFE).- Paris Saint Germain and Manchester City will clash in the first leg of the Champions League semifinal, both sides powered by the Gulf petrodollar and driven by their desire to taste European glory.
The French team will be seeking out a second Champions League final in a row after their defeat to Bayern Munich last season, while Manchester City will be after their first ever shot at the title.
The star-studded Parisians will be confident, having knocked out Barcelona and Bayern Munich back to back on their route to the last-four.

In the summer of 2017, it looked as though Ousmane Dembele would become football s next superstar. Excitement and expectation could not have been higher.
But in the four seasons since, the Frenchman s Barca career has been plagued with injury, keeping him out of nearly 90 matches, and he has simply failed to live up to the hype when he has been fit to play.
Although Dembele has managed to stay fit after a 10-month spell on the side lines prior to this season, his ten goals in 39 appearances haven t exactly lit up Camp Nou.
