He is known to frequent the area of North Philadelphia. Singleton is described as five-foot-eight, 140 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He was last known to be wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with red and yellow writing and a gold chain.  Anyone with information on Singleton s whereabouts is asked to contact Southwest Detectives Division at 215-686-3183 or dial 911.

As of Tuesday evening, the city was just shy of the grim milestone with 494 homicides, Action News 6 ABC is reporting. That is a number the city has not seen since 1990. “We’ve seen things we haven’t seen in almost three decades,” Inspector Derrick Wood, of Southwest Detectives Division, told 6 ABC. By comparison, 2019 saw 356 homicides, and the highest year before that was in 2007 with 391, reports indicate. “Most people in Philadelphia are good people. It’s the small minority of people that are committing the crimes,” Wood told the station.
