Monday, 21 December 2020 11:20 Customers in Concourse B took advantage of the three-day 25% discount promotion at Dubai International Airport.  The Dubai Duty Free three-day 37th anniversary discount campaign generated sales of Dhs70 million/$19.175 million. Beginning on 18 December and ending at midnight on 20 December, the 25% discount on a range of merchandise was extended to the retailer’s home-delivery customers. Perfumes was the top selling category with sales of Dhs17.613 million/$4.825 million during the three-day period, followed by liquor with sales of Dhs8.624 million/$2.363 million. Cosmetics sales reached Dhs8.179 million/$2.241 million, while watches sales topped Dhs7.891 million/$2.162 million. Ticket sales for the Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire and Finest Surprise promotions reached a combined Dhs7.373 million/$2.020 million, making it the fifth most popular category.
