Richard Mille has just revealed its latest watch that’s part of its ongoing partnership with McLaren. This new watch is named the RM 40-01 Automatic Tourbillon and was made to honor McLaren’s fastest hypercar produced the Speedtail.
This watch is the culmination of 8,600 hours of movement development, 18 months of case design, and numerous shock tests and prototypes. Salvador Arbona, movement technical director, comments, “The complexity of the components, the multitude of details and, above all, the attention applied to the finishing place the RM 40-01 firmly at the peak of Swiss-made watches. The rims, for example, are buff-polished and the progressive angles – among other elements – and the bevellings are gradual hand-polished.

Listen, we can dance around what to call the fanny pack a.k.a., the sling bag, crossbody bag, bum bag, shoulder bag, etc. But let’s not kid ourselves about what it is. Even the best fanny pack is, simply, a fanny pack. And it’s useful as hell.
Once shorthand for a whole era of ill-advised style decisions, the fanny pack has re-emerged into our good graces, a product of menswear’s gorpy overhaul and the realization that there are many funkier, weirder, wilder ways to dress (or carry a bag) than a buckle-on pocket in 2021. Lately the pendulum of sartorial public opinion is acting more like the second hand on a clock jorts are back, FYI, and trucker hats are re-ascendant. “Cool” is on pause. Wear whatever you want.

Australia retailer pulls AirTag over safety concerns
Officeworks responds to reports that AirTag battery is dangerously easy for children to access.

The Australian retailer Officeworks has stopped selling Apple s AirTag object tracker, following reports that its battery can easily be removed by children.
The move, first reported by Gizmodo and since confirmed by Officeworks, was done quietly at first, with shop-floor staff unaware that the product had been pulled.
One Apple fan in Keswick, South Australia, described a mystifying shopping experience on Reddit. They tried to buy an AirTag using a voucher, but employees were unable to find any, despite seeing stock on the system and remembering selling the devices a few days previously.
