RIDGEWOOD, Queens (WABC) Police busted nearly 150 people at a party in an unlicensed club inside a warehouse in Queens on Saturday.
Around 1:40 a.m. deputy sheriffs found a large group of people inside the warehouse, located on 11-33 Irving Ave. in Ridgewood.

The occupants were in violation of emergency orders, and the club had no liquor license as well as various health code violations, a blocked entrance, and no certificate of occupancy.
NEW YORK CITY (WABC) More than 750 people were busted at illegal large gatherings across New York City early Sunday morning.
Around 1:30 a.m., 400 people were found inside a warehouse on 125 Lake Avenue on Staten Island.
Officers attempted to disperse the group, which is when they encountered people who became irate and refused to leave the location. Five people were arrested.
An NYPD officer was taken to Staten Island University Hospital after suffering minor bruising to his ribs, while attempting to take a person into custody.
Deputy Sheriffs also shut down an unlicensed bar at 1 Harrison Street in TriBeCa. 250 people were found inside, and the bar had no liquor license. Three people were arrested.

The Suffolk County Sheriffâs Office Criminal Investigations Bureau was recently instrumental in arresting a Fugitive from Justice from Bergen County, New Jersey On Thursday, February 11, 2021, Investigators from the Criminal Investigations Bureau received a phone call from the Bergen County Prosecutors Office Special Victims Unit requesting assistance in apprehending a fugitive wanted for sexual assault on a child less than 13 years of age. Jorge Mora, 37, of Hackensack, NJ, was suspected of taking asylum in Suffolk County. Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office Investigators conducted an investigation and set up surveillance on the fugitive. He was soon located and Investigators apprehended the suspect. Mr. Mora is charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault by Sexual Penetration of a Child less than 13 Years of Age, Sexual Assault by Sexual Contact of a Child less than 13 Years of Age, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child less than 13 Years of Age.
