These techniques reflect decades of research, in both government and academia, into the root causes of civil disorder and state failure. According to local media, two passengers in another car shouted, “F ing Jews, get out of here. Death to the Jews,” and proceeded to assault the Jewish driver.   While there were only three reported antisemitic physical assaults in Argentina in 2019, the number of overall antisemitic incidents rose by 107% compared to 2018.
