JOHOR BARU: The man who allegedly shot his wife dead while she slept will be charged in court soon, Johor police chief Comm Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay said. Police were in the process of completing the investigation paper before forwarding it to the Deputy Public Prosecutor s Office for further action, he said on Tuesday (March 9). “We are still waiting for the victim’s DNA report. The family wanted a DNA test to be carried out on the body as they could not identify her. “Since the family could not identify (the bodyt), the police will wait for the full DNA report, ” he told a press conference at the state police headquarters here.
