Mr Murphy said the pandemic had also had a significant impact on mental wellbeing and funding had been provided for a number of mental health interventions .
The breakdown of funding to the education sector will see £20m to provide laptops for teachers and voluntary youth services, and £10m for wellbeing and pastoral support for students.

Alisha Bell, 24, formerly of Lambeth, south London, is said to have worked with Chante Wright to deal the class A drugs between June 2018 and March 2019. Prosecutors also claim she was caught in possession of heroin and crack cocaine in Swindon on July 17, 2018. Bell denies the allegations against her. Appearing before Swindon Crown Court on Friday via the HM Courts and Tribunal Service’s Cloud Video Platform conferencing software, Bell pleaded not guilty to two counts of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs and two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs.

Highland Council has secured planning permission to transform Inverness Castle into a visitor attraction.
The 19th Century property was used as a sheriff court until the Scottish Courts and Tribunal Service moved to a new building last year.
Exhibition space, cafes and a roof terrace have been proposed for the hilltop landmark.
The revamp of the castle - which was built in 1836 - could take five years to complete.
