Two Niagara County Men Plead Guilty To Forcing Undocumented Immigrants To Work At Their Mexican Restaurant By: Staff Reporter U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Roberto Montes-Villalpando, 60, of Sanborn, NY, and Abraham Montes, 28, of North Tonawanda, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo to conspiracy to harbor aliens for financial gain and causing serious bodily injury. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
