A Ross County man will spend the next three years behind bars for his part in a high speed chase last December. Authorities said Timothy Miller, 43, of Bainbridge, led them on a chase after an attempted traffic stop in Highland County. Authorities said Miller failed to stop and fled at a high rate of speed, leading police down several streets and highways, forcing other motorists off those roadways before eventually being stopped by cops. Back in May, Miller pleaded guilty to one count of failure-to-comply and one count of failure-to-appear.
