sujhelyi@reviewonline.com EAST LIVERPOOL East Liverpool Municipal Court Judge Dominic Frank ruled a city landlord’s Denver Street property was a public nuisance, electing to convict him of half of the housing code violations levied against him earlier this year. In the judgment entry, which was released Monday, Frank agreed that Aaron Stevens, who possesses 145 properties within the city, was guilty of violating East Liverpool’s high weeds ordinance at two of this properties. Sentencing is May 10. The maximum sentence is a $500 fine and 60 days in jail. The judge described his properties as rentals, available for sale on land installment or contracts or currently vacant.
