VAN WERT – On Jan. 7, 2021, Brian Ankney was promoted to Fire Captain
and Austin Miller was promoted to Fire Lieutenant at the Van Wert Fire
Department.
Brian Ankney entered the Fire
Service in 1989 with the Paulding Volunteer Fire Department. He attained

Arson investigators were called to a house in North Park Saturday to investigate a suspicious fire that caused significant damage.
San Diego Fire-Rescue was called to the 2500 block of Lincoln Ave. at around 4:30 a.m. to a home engulfed in flames. Firefighters said the fire appeared to have started in the attic and had to tear down the ceiling to extinguished the fire.

TEMPLE TERRACE, Fla. â Authorities are calling a New Year s Day fire at a Temple Terrace business suspicious.
The city s fire chief confirmed that an investigation is currently underway involving the Florida State Fire Marshal s Office.
The incident happened at the A-K-A Beauty Lounge, located at 10915 56th Street.
