2021 Ford F-150 Adds Even More Class-Exclusive Tech

You know that meme that’s a screengrab from
The Simpsons taken in the aftermath of Krusty the Clown (played by Homer) mercilessly pummeling The Krusty Burglar? Where a crying child is pleading, “Stop! Stop! He’s already dead”? Okay. Imagine that, but the kid is crying because the 2021 Ford F-150 just keeps killing it with class-exclusive tech.
And what, you ask, does Ford have up its sleeves now? Well, this summer, the all-new F-150 is getting a pair of cool features: Onboard Scales and Smart Hitch. It’s also adding available continuously controlled damping for even smoother performance. So, yeah, the F-150 is just straight up bullying other trucks at this point.
Preorders Open for Mustang Mach-E GT, GT Performance Edition

Ladies and gentlemen, start your … uh … complex electric propulsion systems! Doesn’t quite have the same ring to it. But what will sound like music to your ears: Ford has opened up preorders for the Mustang Mach-E GT and positively insane Mach-E GT Performance Edition.

While the Mustang Mach-E has proven quite the hot commodity so far in 2021, performance hounds have been waiting eagerly for the GT and GT Performance Edition to hit. The latter promises to live up to the Mustang moniker the most of any vehicle in the lineup, serving up a 3.5-second 0-60 mph time. The GT won’t be any sort of slouch with 480 horsepower and 600 lb-ft of torque, enabling a plenty robust 3.8-second 0-60.
Luke Combs, Ford F-150 Tag-Teaming Again at ACM Awards

♫Reunited and it feels so goooood!♫ Peaches & Herb may not have been a country act, but that tune feels mighty appropriate for the news that Luke Combs and the Ford F-150 are hooking up once again. Combs and the all-new 2021 Ford F-150 appear together this Sunday at the Academy of Country Music Awards live on CBS.
At last year’s ACM show, Combs (and the all-new F-150) appeared in a short video announcing his partnership with Ford in support of Guitars 4 Vets. The organization donates guitars and instruction to military veterans affected by post-traumatic stress disorder in the hopes that music can bring them peace. The Ford Proud to Honor campaign would go on to donate $500,000 to Guitars 4 Vets chapters around the country.
