The former President Dr Chandapal Singh Yadav, who inaugurated the building last November, had played a crucial role in saving the plot from the Noida Authority and expediting the construction.
“The building would be ready in the next 3-4 months and the training of cooperators would begin in the right earnest”, said Sanghani to this correspondent after taking stock of the progress of the construction.
