During an exclusive preview this morning at QT Hotel Sydney, Celebrity Cruises president and CEO Lisa Lutoff-Perlo (virtually) spoke with the dream team of modern lifestyle icons behind the ship, including multi-award-winning British designer Kelly Hoppen, American designer Nate Berkus, Paris-based design firm Jouin Manku, British architect Tom Wright and Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud.
In exciting news for your wellness-junkie clients, Lutoff-Perlo took the event as an opportunity to announce that Goop CEO and founder (and Hollywood actress) Gwyneth Paltrow will be the line’s new wellbeing advisor.
In light of this, the ship will also feature experiences and products from Goop.

Landmark-owned three-screen theater plans to reopen when it is viable

The Main Art Theatre in Royal Oak, an arthouse staple in Metro Detroit for decades, is temporarily shutting its doors.
After its final showings on Thursday a 7:10 p.m. screening of the Oscar-nominated Minari and a 7:20 p.m. showing of the offbeat Michelle Pfeiffer comedy French Exit the theater will cease operations for the time being. It really just comes down to finances and attendance, Margot Gerber, VP of marketing and publicity for Landmark Theatres, which operates the Main Art, said Thursday. The decision has been made to try and keep theaters closed that aren’t covering their expenses. As far as when it will reopen, I’m not exactly sure.

BROOKLINE, MA Movie theater lovers rejoice: For the first time since the beloved Coolidge Corner Theatre closed more than a year ago amid the pandemic, the iconic cinema will begin to open its doors.
The Coolidge Corner Theatre is reopening May 13, with a screening of a movie that has special significance for the theater, the nonprofit announced Thursday. This has been a long journey, and it is especially meaningful for us to be reopening with Spike Lee s masterful Do the Right Thing, which was one of the first films screened at the theatre after a dedicated group of community members saved the theatre and reinvented it as a nonprofit, back in 1989, said Katherine Tallman, the executive director and CEO of The Coolidge Theatre.
