Rosa’s Thai Café is planning to open up to six new restaurants over the next year, as well as continuing to grow its portfolio of delivery-only cloud kitchens.
The Trispan-backed Thai restaurant group, which operates venues in Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds as well as across London, is pushing ahead with its expansion plans, saying it has remained cash generative over the past 12 months thanks to significant delivery and takeaway sales.
In its latest accounts, which cover the 52 weeks to 29 March 2020, the 24-strong group said it expects to continue its expansion plans by opening three to six new sites this year, whilst also pursuing opportunities to grow its presence in the delivery-only space.
