Timothy Jean A Boston-based development company has presented town officials with a plan to replace the existing Royal Crest Estates on Route 114 with a mixed-use residential complex including retail businesses, more apartments, townhouses, Merrimack College student housing, a boutique hotel and office space. Currently owned by Aimco, a real estate trust company, Royal Crest, which sits in North Andover, now has 588 apartments housing residents and boarding students from the college.
