At First Assembly, Hirst leads the youth services for middle school through high school students as well as other duties.
“I definitely feel called to youth ministry,” he said. “Since I’ve been at Trinity either I was leading the traveling youth ministry team or I was a part of it or involved in some local church. Youth ministry was always at the forefront of my mind while I was studying.”
