Dina Lohan, actress Lindsay Lohan s mother, was indicted on felony drunk driving charges on Long Island.
The charges stemmed from a January 11, 2020 crash in the parking lot of the Merrick Mall.
According to law enforcement sources, Lohan tried to flee the scene of the accident and was chased down by the victim of the crash before she was taken into custody outside her home.
The 58-year-old Lohan was indicted on charges of felony drunk driving, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and leaving an accident scene.
