SOMERSWORTH ROAD To A Better Life, a recovery treatment provider with multiple New Hampshire locations, is scaling back its behavioral health offerings for individuals with substance use disorder.
ROAD confirmed the impending change in a statement. However, representatives of the organization did not directly answer specific questions seeking to confirm if the Somersworth office will stop providing behavioral health services at the end of February and will refer Somersworth clients to other agencies.

DOVER – Marcia Gasses is once again representing Ward 4 residents as a city councilor.
The City Council voted 7-1 Wednesday to appoint her to serve out the remainder of former Ward 4 councilor Joshua Manley’s term, which ends Dec. 31.
Manley resigned in December after Foster’s Daily Democrat reported he missed more than three months of council meetings. He later told Mayor Robert Carrier that he and his family moved to Maine.
Gasses previously represented Ward 4, but did not seek re-election in 2019 while fighting “a serious health issue,” she told the council Wednesday.
“I’m very healthy right now,” Gasses added.
