Normal People star Paul Mescal has reportedly quietly quit Instagram after it became a drain .
The Irish actor, 25, who soared to fame last year as Connell Waldron, is said to have deactivated his account after wasting time on it and wants to instead focus his energy on his personal life and work.
It is not known when Paul, who had more than 1million followers, deactivated his account but his profile is now absent on Instagram. His Twitter, which has 179.1K, is still active although his last tweet was in August 2020.
