A reclamation plan, required by state law, is a blueprint for returning mined lands to a usable and safe condition once mining operations have ceased. On May 27, the Ventura County Planning Division held a public hearing to take comments on the proposed change. Planners also took written comments, including a letter from city of Ojai Community Development Manager Lucas Seibert.
