IBCC Considers Promoting 9th and 1st Year Students Without Exams The Inter-Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) is considering the promotion of ninth and first-year students to the next grades without examinations. The matter was discussed during an online meeting of the IBCC’s Steering Committee on Tuesday. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Nazim Jiva, Chairman of Aga Khan Board and Head of the Steering Committee.
