The IDPH on Monday reported a total of 138,848 COVID-19 vaccinations so far have been administered in Madison County. That included 79,954 first doses and 58,894 or 22.27% of the county’s population now fully vaccinated. The Madison County Health Department has said the actual numbers for both vaccination categories are higher than the IDPH figures. The county this week is expanding COVID-19 vaccinations opportunities. In addition to its vaccination clinic at the Gateway Convention Center in Collinsville, the health department is planning vaccinations:
